Australia

We ship your order from Sydney, NSW with Australia Post. Tracking details are emailed to you as soon as your order is on its way.

Orders are shipped in 1-3 days.

Most orders arrive in 3-7 business days (Standard shipping) or 1-4 business days (Express shipping).

Australia Post may experience delays at any given time. Check Australia Post’s delivery times and service updates for the most current shipping time frames, particularly if you live in a regional area.

Standard shipping

Free standard shipping on all orders over A$75 within Australia.

Standard shipping within Australia:

$10 – up to 1kg
$15 – 1-3kg
$18 – 3-5kg

Express shipping within Australia:

$14 – up to 1kg
$20 – 1-3kg
$26 – 3-5kg

International

Shipping rates and times are calculated at checkout. As a rough guide, packages up to 1kg will generally cost $20 to $40. Packages weighing 1-3kg will generally cost $40 to $65. All costs are in Australian dollars.

Notes:

Most packages will be delivered within 9 to14 business days (Standard shipping). However, please allow up to 20 business days for delivery (COVID...etc). Please contact us if you'd like Express shipping.
Please ensure the correct postal address is entered at checkout. Parcels that are redelivered to us due to an incorrect address or item not collected may incur a A$20 return to sender fee.
There may be import duties/taxes to pay when your package arrives (this is rather rare, but it can happen). This is out of our control and depends on your country’s customs policy.

We cannot cover the cost of return shipping (unless the item is deemed faulty).
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Local delivery

Free local delivery for shipping addresses within 2km of Ultimo, NSW (2007).

Please select "Local delivery" under Delivery Method at checkout.

We'll email you to organise a convenient time to deliver your order or drop it off if that works for you. We aim to deliver within 3 to 7 business days.

Packaging

We believe in recycling and re-using good, clean packaging. Our motto: recycling over branding. This means you may receive your journal in a box with another company's branding. Please feel free to re-use the packaging again too :)

Returns

First thing first. A big thanks for your purchase. Our aim is to provide great products and customer service. We’re continuously looking to improve and welcome all feedback on how we can better meet your needs.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not fully satisfied with your Write to Feel Right Journal:

Email us at hello@wellnesswoo.com.au. Please let us know the reason for your return and if there is anything we can do to improve or better meet your needs.
We’ll send you our Returns shipping address.
Send your journal(s) in its original and unused condition back to us within 30 days of purchase (ideally in the same packaging - let’s save some trees!)
If available, please provide tracking information when your return is en route.
Once we receive your journal(s), we’ll issue a refund within 2-5 business days on the purchase price of your returned item(s).

For example, if you purchase one journal for $39. You send it back to us within 30 days. We refund you $39.00. Shipping fees are not refunded.
